1. Introduction

Welcome to Notariorion, a Property Notary Office based in Zurich, Switzerland. These Terms of Service govern all bookings, purchases, and use of our services, digital products, and goods provided through our site at notariorion.com.

2. Definitions

Services: Notarial and property certification services provided by Notariorion.

Digital Products: Infoproducts such as guides and forms delivered electronically.

Goods: Physical items sold and shipped through our site.

3. Services Policy

Booking and Payment: To schedule notarial services, you must complete the booking and full payment at the time of reservation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service by notifying us at least 48 hours before the appointment. To cancel a service, please contact us via our contact form.

Refunds: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, we will issue a full refund for the service fee. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% fee applies. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend are not eligible for refunds. Services requiring orders from governmental authorities or third parties include non-refundable processing fees due to costs incurred, and are not eligible for refunds.

4. Digital Products Policy

Delivery: Digital products are delivered via download link immediately after payment.

Refunds: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the digital product is defective or does not match the description. To request a refund, contact us through our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed by reversing the original payment method. No requests will be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

5. Goods Policy

Delivery: Physical items are shipped to the address you provide.

Returns: You may return goods within 14 days of receipt in original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. conversions can be arranged at the buyer’s expense. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Refund Process

All approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are applied to the original payment method whenever possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
